In this article [1] the affiliation details for second author Michel Kazatchkine were incorrectly given as ‘Department of Political Science, University of Vienna, Vienna, Austria’ but should have been ‘Global Commission on Drug Policy, Geneva, Switzerland’.

The original article has been corrected.
